Client-designed kitchen on Edwards Ave, Lakewood, OH. All work completed by Practical Renovations EXCEPT for install and finishing of red oak hardwood flooring.

Originally a large, walk-in closet--the client wished to have an entirely new bathroom installed with his/hers shower, heated tile flooring, and many other features. Glass installed by Premier Glass in North Olmstead, OH

Plaster coved ceiling completed by Dan, our in-house artisan plasterer. Trim installed by Jesse (craftsman-style red oak casing with custom stain to match existing trim throughout home). Westwood Ave, Lakewood.

We offer basic, 3D renderings of bathrooms to help visualize layout changes and dimensions of the room. This is often helpful when adding fixtures or removing walls to expand or change a space.

While poplar can be stained and made to look great, normally it's a species that gets painted. This photo illustrates the mimicking of existing trim work which was painted afterwards (kitchen featured white trim; rest of home featured stained wood wo
